  • Weekly payment does not receive the discount unless otherwise approved.
  • If the ride requirement is not met, normal rates apply.

Under 5 Mile Monthly Option

Best for shorter recurring routes.

10% invoice discount

  • Trips under 5 miles do not qualify for bi-weekly or weekly discounts.
  • Families with under 5-mile trips may receive a 10% discount when paying monthly.
  • Monthly payments must be on at least a 25-day cycle.
Request Monthly Short-Route Option

Discounts are based on ride frequency, mileage eligibility, and payment schedule. Final eligibility is confirmed by KidzRide after reviewing the family's transportation needs.

Payment & cancellation policies

Payment due

Payments must be made 12 hours before transport. If payment is not received, the trip may be automatically cancelled and the family will be responsible for arranging alternate transportation.

Past due balance

Service is automatically suspended on any account with a past due balance. Service resumes once the balance is paid in full.

Invoice errors

If a parent believes an invoice contains an error, they should contact KidzRide and the team will follow up within 48 hours.

Financial difficulty

If a family is experiencing financial difficulty, they should contact KidzRide as soon as possible to discuss payment arrangements.

Cancellation policy

  • KidzRide operates as a scheduled transportation service.
  • Trips must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Trips not cancelled within 24 hours receive a $15 cancellation fee on the next invoice.
  • A no-show or cancellation within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time results in the loss of the full trip fee as accommodation for driver time and gas.

Refund policy

  • All payments are nonrefundable.
  • Payments may be applied to another date within 90 days of service.
  • Credits may also be transferred to another rider or family.

On-demand trip policy

  • KidzRide generally operates as a pre-scheduled service.
  • On-demand trip requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
  • Approved on-demand trips include a $10 on-demand request fee.
  • Payment is required immediately after the request is approved.
