Pricing Policies, Late Fees & Refund Policy

Payments

Payments are to be made 12 hours prior to transport or the trip will automatically be cancelled. If the trip is cancelled due to nonpayment, you will be notified and you will be responsible for arranging alternate transportation for your child.

Estimated Pricing

Each trip is calculated at $3.00 per mile, $0.75 per minute, and a $6 per trip service fee. As stated in your service agreement contract. Prior to the service, you will receive an estimated cost based on mileage and time expected. This pricing is subject to change in the event of extenuating circumstances. You are responsible for payment for all completed trips

Past Due Balances

Service will be automatically suspended on any account where there is a past-due balance. Service will resume when the balance is paid in full. Any remaining balance will be indicated on your invoice.

Cancelled Trip Fee

KidzRide operates as a scheduled transportation service. If you need to cancel a specific trip, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Trips not cancelled within 24 hours will receive a cancellation fee of $10.00 indicated on the next invoice. In the case of a no-show (ex: A driver shows up to pick up location and is not able to locate your child for pick up) you will lose a full trips fee as an accommodation for our drivers time and gas. It is important that if your child gets picked up early or doesn’t go to school, etc. etc. that you let us know as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation or no-show fees.

Refunds

All payments to KidzRide are nonrefundable. Payments can be applied to another date if desired.
